1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and jl3bet ("jl3bet," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the jl3bet website located at https://jl3bet.app and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

jl3bet reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to belong to users under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned at jl3bet's sole discretion.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each user may register only one (1) account on jl3bet. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. jl3bet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

• You must not share your account credentials with any third party.
• You must notify jl3bet immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
• jl3bet may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary.
• Accounts must be registered in your own legal name. Accounts registered under false names will be terminated.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible player unless otherwise stated.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, jl3bet's records shall be the definitive source of truth for determining the outcome of any wager. jl3bet will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes fairly and in accordance with applicable game rules.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jl3bet and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.

jl3bet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jl3bet account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jl3bet does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

jl3bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• At the request of the account holder (voluntary closure).
• Regulatory requirement or court order.

Upon termination, any pending withdrawals of legitimately won funds will be processed in accordance with jl3bet's standard withdrawal procedures, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of jl3bet shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact jl3bet's support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. jl3bet will endeavour to respond to all complaints within five (5) business days.

13. Amendments to These Terms

jl3bet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jl3bet will provide reasonable notice via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of jl3bet following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
